Mogavero, Lee & Co., Inc.'s OPERATIONS TEAM has been working together with our clearing agent GSEC (Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing, LP) since 1997 to ensure that all trades settle on time and without incident and that all of our clients receive exceptional attention to any of their requests. Mogavero, Lee's client service and back office staff make every attempt to respond to each of our client's needs immediately and, if necessary, to rectify settlement issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is our policy to try to inform the customer the day before settlement date of any anticipated problems so that all trades can settle on settlement date without any problems or surprises.

Mogavero, Lee & Co., Inc.'s risk management is constantly evaluated both internally by the COMPLIANCE TEAM and by GSEC to make sure that the firm has always been and will continue to be a member in good standing with the SEC, FINRA, the NYSE and NASDAQ.
